Lucky Me | A Birthday post for my Mother in Law.
Today is my Mother-in-law’s Birthday! I can’t express how very blessed I am to have her as my mother-in-law and as my friend. She’s an amazing lady with grace and class that I hope to one day possess. Lucky me, I totally hit the Mother-in-law lottery! So, Happy Birthday to my Mother-in-law, Camille! I love and cherish you {we all do!} completely! *Madi, Jack, Camille {the Birthday girl!}, Jackson & Johnny. I had really hoped to have a picture of Camille with both her boys, daughter-in-laws and grand kids. However, this will have to do, for now. Picture taken on June 16, 2012.

Wordless{ish} Wednesday | Dream
My Mom has a knack for interior design. My sisters and I have always thought she could be an interior designer; she can transform any room into something totally deserving of a Better Homes and Garden or Elle Décor magazine photo shoot.
This picture was taken in my favorite room in my Mom and Dad’s house. I call it the Vintage Room. It’s beautifully done in white and yellow with a beautiful antique white rod iron bed. It’s where Madi sleeps when she is spending time with her Nana and Papa and the room that gets the best sunlight; which just seems to illuminate its beauty every afternoon.

The picture is of just one simple thing in that room; a “Dream” plague. I’ve always loved this plaque; for whatever reason, it has always stood out to me. I recently took pictures in this room because, in just three short weeks my parents will be moving ; leaving Texas to go back home to Georgia where they were born and raised. I took pictures of this room because I want to remember – remember the room, but also the house where so many wonderful memories have been made over the past 16 years. I want to remember this period in my life, when my Mom and Dad were just a mere 40 minute drive down the road. I will forever cherish the time Jack, Madi and I have shared with my parents here in Texas and will DREAM of the day when we are all together again! Living in GA would be alright by me!! Hint, hint, Babe! ;)
